About life guard
As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for preventing drowning and ensuring the safety of all aquatic facility users by maintaining constant vigilance and responding swiftly to emergencies. You will monitor swimmers and pool users from designated stations, identify potential hazards, advise visitors on safety protocols, and enforce pool rules. Your primary objective is to be prepared to execute life-saving techniques including first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and water rescues. You must remain alert throughout your shift, even during calm periods, as emergencies can occur unexpectedly. Your work environment includes indoor and outdoor pools, water parks, beaches, and other aquatic facilities throughout Poland.
This role demands excellent swimming abilities, physical fitness, and the psychological resilience to remain calm under extreme pressure. You will work shifts that often include evenings, weekends, and seasonal variations depending on facility operations. The position offers competitive compensation and is essential to public safety.
