About surface grinding machine operator
As a surface grinding machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining surface grinding machines that shape and finish metal workpieces with precision. Your daily work involves loading raw materials, configuring grinding wheels and machine parameters, monitoring the grinding process to ensure dimensional accuracy, and conducting quality inspections to spot surface imperfections or dimensional deviations. You will work closely with quality control standards and machine maintenance teams to ensure consistent output and minimize waste, making real-time adjustments when needed to meet tight tolerances.
This role is critical in manufacturing environments across automotive, aerospace, and tool-making industries in Poland.
