- Operate absorbent pad machines according to standard operating procedures and production schedules
- Monitor machine performance continuously throughout production runs and identify any malfunctions or irregularities

- Load and feed cellulose fibers and other raw materials into the machine hoppers according to specifications
- Monitor material flow and stock levels, requesting replenishment when necessary to avoid production stoppages

- Inspect finished absorbent pads for defects, proper dimensions, absorbency, and adherence to specifications
- Remove defective products from production line and document quality issues for investigation
